CraftedPool is for publishing and managing Minecraft server pages. By using the service, you agree not to upload, share, or publish abusive content, illegal content, impersonation, spam, NSFW material, copyrighted material you do not have rights to use, or scam server content.

Accounts or pages that break these rules may be suspended or removed. CraftedPool may take action when content is misleading, unsafe, harmful to other users, or clearly being used in bad faith.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, but by publishing it through CraftedPool, you give permission for it to be displayed publicly as part of your server page and related public presentation inside the service.

Refunds are not guaranteed by default. They may be considered in specific cases, such as platform glitches, billing mistakes, or service issues that prevented the paid plan from working correctly.

Privacy

CraftedPool does not aim to collect unnecessary personal information and does not use tracking for marketing or profiling. The main account information stored is your email address, your password in hashed form, and the public content you choose to upload or publish through your page.

Publicly uploaded assets, page text, staff listings, links, and application content submitted to a server page may be visible to others where the page or application flow is intended to be public.

CraftedPool only keeps the information needed to provide the service, operate accounts, and display server pages correctly. If you need help with an account, privacy concern, or content issue, contact support@craftedpool.com.
