Mortis SMP

1. Respect Everyone • No harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech. • No slurs or targeted hateful language. • Swearing is allowed unless used to attack, threaten, or seriously harass someone. • Respect other players and their privacy.

2. No Cheating or Exploits • No hacks, x-ray, dupes, freecam, macros, autoclickers, or unfair mods. • No abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics. • Players must report glitches or bugs to staff instead of abusing them. • Allowed: OptiFine, Sodium, Lithium, Iris, shaders, minimaps, and performance/visual mods.

4. Trading & Middlemen • Scamming is allowed unless a staff-approved middleman is involved. • Staff-approved middlemen may never scam either party. • Impersonating a staff-approved middleman is strictly prohibited.

5. Contracts & Agreements • Contracts made using a signed Book & Quill are legally binding within Mortis SMP. • If a player signs a contract, they must follow through with the agreement. • Breaking a signed contract will result in a temporary 24-hour ban.

10. Server Performance • No lag machines or excessive entities. • Lag-causing farms, redstone, or clocks may be removed by staff. • No AFK methods that negatively affect server performance.

13. False Reports • Do not accuse players without evidence. • Report issues privately to staff. • False reports may result in punishment

18. Usernames & Skins • Usernames, nicknames, and skins must not contain NSFW, hateful, or inappropriate content.

19. World Rules • No Wither griefing. • Do not trap or permanently camp Nether or End portals. • Respect the world and avoid making areas unusable.

22. Loopholes & Common Sense • Exploiting loopholes is still rule-breaking. • Staff enforce the intent of the rules. • Unfair, harmful, or disruptive actions may still be punished.

21. Intentional Annoyance • No repeated actions meant to annoy players. • Includes horn spam, bell spam, door spam, note block spam, or similar behavior.
